About 20 years ago, I discovered a different side to myself: a culinary side. I began to dramatically expand the range of dishes I cooked, and I still remember very well how I started out with French cheese and Spanish salami. This was accompanied by a willingness and love for cooking myself and trying new delicacies when traveling, although I must admit that I do have my limits in this regard.

On this website, you will find dishes and recipes that I simply enjoyed, not those that exist and that I struggled to eat. Spaghetti Bolognese vs. boiled chicken feet :-)
